Who am I?

I’m a trained coach with a background in strategy and commercial marketing. Over the course of my career, I have worked closely with individuals navigating change, pressure and uncertainty — helping them gain clarity and move forward with intention.

Outside of work, I’m a pet parent to two dogs, a Shih Tzu-cavalier mix and a cavalier King Charles spaniel. When they came into my life, I thought I was prepared for the challenges of puppyhood. What I did not expect was how emotionally demanding the experience would feel — or how lonely it could be.

I learned that puppy blues are real, and that pets are rarely the problem. Often, it’s the human who is overwhelmed, unsure, or feeling like their lives are disrupted and wondering if they have made a mistake bringing a pet into their lives.

The Happy Human Club was created at the intersection of these two worlds: my professional coaching practice and my lived experience as a pet parent. Having gone through it myself, I know how disorienting and isolating this phase can feel — and I wanted to create the kind of support I wish I had. I’m not a dog trainer, nor am I certified in dog training. I’m a coach — and my focus is on the humans who care for their pets, supporting them through the emotional, lifestyle, and identity shifts that come with caring for another life.

If this feels familiar to you, you’re welcomed here - join The Happy Human Club.
